Where is the Outbound Mail queue located on an exchange server

1. Open up Exchange System Manager (System Manager)
2. Expand Administrative Groups
3. Expand Servers
4. Expand the name of the exchange server you are investigating
5. Click Queues

This will display a list of services/servers/whatevers that handle outgoing mail

1. Doubleclick the service/server/whatever
2. click Find Now
3. This will show you messages that are still waiting to be sent

Mail Stuck in Queue

Create an appropriate Send Connector

Open Exchange Management Console
Click on Organization Config
CLick Hub Transport
Switch to Send Connectors
RIght click > new send connector
Select Intended Use for this Send Connector: "Internet"
(type address cost)
SMTP * 1
Bullet: "Use domain name system (DNS) "MX" records to route mail automatically
